Oneida County Law Enforcement Center - Rhinelander, Wisconsin The Oneida County Law Enforcement Center is a facility which combines all county detention needs and Sheriff’s Department functions into one facility. The detention facility is a 200 bed podular remote design comprised of both secure cells and secure dormitory construction. All cells and dayrooms have direct lines of sight from secure housing control centers, making the facility safe and staff-efficient. To minimize the physical movement of inmates between detention and the existing courthouse, a video teleconferencing system is being developed by the County. The Sheriff’s Department consists of six departments including administration, training , patrol, detectives, investigation and fleet. |
