The 230-acre project site is master planned for a total capacity of 1,800 inmates. In Phase One a 450-bed facility with a core capacity of 900 beds was built. It houses medium and close custody classification inmates and offers additional support to the minimum centers in the northern portion of the State. In Phase Two 450 additional beds were built.
